Эпоха, начавшаяся после июльской демонстрации, кончая открытым выступлением Корнилова, может быть названа «эпохой неудавшегося бонапартизма».
Оставшись у власти, буржуазия с социал-патриотами обрушились потоком репрессий на волнующиеся народные массы и на их авангард—партию большевиков. Карательные законы, аресты, реформирование полков, преследование рабочих союзов посылались как из рога изобилия. Но имущие классы и их партии чувствовали, что это все скользит по поверхности рабочих и солдатских организаций, они учитывали, что массового разгрома нет, и опасность снизу становится все грозней. Отсюда понятен их все усиливающийся напор в течение июля и августа на Временное правительство с требованием изменения его персонального состава и с требованиями провести ряд законов, долженствующих взять в железные тиски рабочие, солдатские и крестьянские низы,—напор, который ярко выразился в выступлении Корнилова.

All that remains to do in the Python code is to read the tracing that is output by the kernel, and write it on screen. eBPF programs can be used to dynamically change the behavior of the system. There’s no need to reboot the machine or restart existing processes - eBPF code starts taking effect as soon as it is attached to an event.
