Метеорологический самолет Туполев Ту-16 Циклон-Н В начале 70-х годов в СССР в рамках создания метеолабораторий по программе "Циклон" наряду с Ил-18Д и Ан-12БП было решено переоборудовать для этих целей и Ту-16. Программа разрабатывалась Центральной аэрологической обсерваторией (ЦАО) Госкомгидромета СССР. Самолет получил название Ту-16 "Циклон-Н" предназначался для активного воздействия на облака, а также для исследования термодинамических параметров атмосферы.
