Дан анализ ущерба от высших гармоник в СЭЭС и мероприятия по его снижению. Приведены сведения об активных энергетических фильтрах, позволяющих эффективно решать проблему качества электроэнергии в автономных электроустановках. Изложены схемы и режимы работы зависимых и автономных инверторов и преобразователей частоты на их основе, включая НПЧ матричного типа на современных ключевых элементах. Приведено описание нового класса выпрямителей и инверторов, построенных на базе трансформаторов с вращающимися магнитными полями. Изложены способы построения систем управления судовыми преобразователями и моделирование преобразователей в среде Micro-Cap. Приведены сведения о реально применяемых преобразователях на судах, а также рассмотрены вопросы обеспечения качества электрической энергии на входе и выходе ПП и улучшение их электромагнитной совместимости с питающей сетью и нагрузкой. Дана оценка влияния качества электроэнергии на виброакустические характеристики судового электрооборудования и самих ПП.
