This 130-page bookzine is dedicated to the Spitfire from the Schneider Trophy sea plane racers, Type 224 right through the prototypes and developmental aircraft to the final Seafire variants.
Each chapter is lavishly illustrated with many photographs of wartime aircraft as well as restored modern day warbirds. Also included are scale plans of various marks as well as full colour profiles so great for reference and inspiration alike. Many photos have been seen before however there are some which I have not (not that I own a particularly large library) but some photos exhibit some extreme forms of weathering which will suit many modellers like myself who thrive on such projects.
