This book explores, from a high level, the parallels between the evolution of humans and the evolution of machines. The book reviews practical questions about the future of AI but also engages in philosophical discussions about what machine intelligence could mean for the human experience.

The Machine Learning techniques, also called algorithms, are sequences of mathematical operations that first operate on the labeled training data to learn patterns of relations between input and output/label and then operate on the test data to predict the outputs. In most real-life situations though, the relation is not linear and as such linear regression algorithm can be quite erroneous, but it helps understand the process of learning. One of the oldest and yet one of the most widely used techniques in Machine Learning is called decision trees. Another Machine Learning model that was invented early on but did not find sufficient success due to its complexity, was called artificial neural network (ANN) or just neural network (NN).
