Design and Implementation of Smart Parking Management System Based on License Plate Detection: The proposed system makes use of advanced techniques for automating the parking reservation for various places using number plate recognition and android application with IoT integration for informing the parking availability status. The proposed system makes use of Python Open CV for image processing and Android for parking availability checks and booking. Image processing is used for vehicle number plate recognition at entry and exit through which in and out the time of parking is carried out.
