This is the third edition of "The Key Muscles of Hatha Yoga". There is a new cover, over 50 new pages with an expanded chapter on the breath and more biomechanics in yoga. I have been meaning to purchase this book for a few years now.I discovered it at the yoga studio where my teacher training was held. It was always hard to get a good look at this book because all of the teachers and teacher trainees were constantly passing it around. Now that I own a yoga studio, this book became a MUST HAVE. I am so pleased with this purchase. The graphics are beautfiul, it is heavily detailing every aspect of the anatomy and the benefits of yoga for a variety of asanas. Discovering that it even includes the chakras and bandhas was the icing on the cake for me. This is a must have for yogis and yoga teachers, because it provides a clear understanding of yoga anataomy. Perfect for teacher trainees and teacher training programs.
