Идя навстречу предложению лиц, пожелавших иметь текст противорелигиозных рефератов, прочитанных мною во многих городах Франции, я решил выпустить эту брошюру. В ней читатель найдет возможно точное содержание этих рефератов. Спешу заметить, что этой брошюры было бы недостаточно, для того чтобы развить мысль так, как я развиваю ее с трибуны. Содержание является только остовом, принарядить который сумеет каждый сам; это — канва, по которой всякий сможет вышить желаемый узор; это — тема, развить которую сумеет всякий, в зависимости от силы своего мышления. Я буду доволен, если в этом арсенале читатель сумеет отыскать для себя оружие, необходимое для борьбы и одержания победы над непримиримым врагом прогресса и свободы — над религиозным духом.
