Efficient nutrition and exercise for busy people
This book will help busy professionals to efficiently lose fat, build muscle, strengthen your core, fuel your motivation, clear up your mind, all while freeing up more time and energy for what you really want to do. How it works:

With the guided "Tabata with Torbs" workouts, you do not have to think, just train. The planning is done for you. It is suitable for anyone who wants a time-effective strength and conditioning program they can follow at home, possibly in combination with training at a fitness center. If followed over time in combination with healthy eating habits, the programs will give you a lean, defined and athletic physique with a strong core. Although there are thousands of exercises and machines, there are only 7 movement patterns that reoccur. Learn them here.
Level 3: Rest
After a hard workout, it might be intuitive to believe that you have improved your athletic performance. But that is not true. You are actually weaker than you woke up this morning. Learn how to properly recover both physically and mentally to get stronger, faster and better.
Bonus: 12 week program
To put everything in action, the book ends with a 12 week program. And since 12 weeks can seem like a long journey, we need to break it down to smaller more manageable tasks. You will go through 3 phases:

- First 3 weeks: Get momentum
